Seems so. Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS)'s last report reveals a nosediving decline in the fertility of the Arab woman. Arab GFR in Israel had always been around 8 or 9 children per woman, the world highest by far. But the rate in 2005 had declined to four children per woman (compared to 2.7 children per Jewish woman in Israel). Of course, 4 children is still 3 times the European average and double of American women. But demographic transition, once started, cannot be stopped. Arabs may be soon dying out at the rate of the Spanish, Italian, Japanese and other rich Western peoples.
