Nightmares

I am having nightmares and wake up with fear in the stomach. It takes me minutes to collect courage to stand up and start my day. It is a physiological feature, also noted in the Bible. Possibly a Jewish genetic feature. My father had it.
I dreamt I was stucked in zionist movement summer camp near the Mexican border and all the young people were starting to go home and I was still there. I had sex with one of the girls. I embarked on a trip towards the frontier but it was all confusion and purposelessness.

Out there there are people working for our extintion and no one is taking them seriously. Richard Hayes, of the Center for Genetics and Society: “Last June at Yale, the World Transhumanist Association held its first national conference. The Transhumanists advocate the breeding of 'genetically enriched' forms of 'post-human' beings. Other advocates of the new techno-eugenics, such as Princeton University professor Lee Silver, predict that 'All aspects of the economy, the media, the entertainment industry, and the knowledge industry [will be] controlled by members of the GenRich class... Naturals [will] work as low-paid service providers...'”

How long shall the GenRich class tolerate the existence of its biological subordinates? Here's Dr. Richard Lynn, emeritus professor at the University of Ulster, who supports human genetic modification: 'What is called for here is not genocide, the killing off of the population of incompetent cultures. But we do need to think realistically in terms of the 'phasing out' of such peoples....Evolutionary progress means the extinction of the less competent'.”

Change is inevitable. No biological lifeform is forever, they are just ad hoc adaptations that were able to reproduce in its environment. There is nothing permanent or sacred about them. We should embrace change, and following Nietzsche, to promote it. But change is death, who can propose its own replacement?
