Tel Ad is an Israeli high tech company sited in the Atir Yedah (High Tech) Street of Kfar Saba. They made a lot of improvements on their factory and forgot to inform the Municipality's Engineering Dept. Also, the enormous building was erected by Mario Leznik, a firm that appears to have disappeared, because the original drawings are lost and unavailable. It was a very difficult challenge, so I asked for more money than I am used to. Anyway, it was done. Only the chillers they built on the roof are now without permit. They are not worried.
In front of Tel Ad, M-Systems is building its second factory. What kind of unsoluble water/wastewater problems do they have that I could solve easily?
