El Pampero is Blowing

El Pampero is a sustained, strong wind blowing from Patagonia up north to Salta, Argentina. In my world of ideas, it means that the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange is going North, that on NASDAQ Israeli stocks are rising, that foreign investment is flowing into the country and the shekel is strengthening. It means that foreign money managers, from Mr Warren Buffet down, have noticed the brainpower and vitality of our people and are pouring their money into Israel. They dont read Hebrew so are unaware the internal bickering and the vitriolic media, but they see Israel's readyness to make war on provocation, the people's capacity to endure weeks of rocket bombing, the growing anger of the West against the same people who are Israel's worst enemy. The killing of a nun as vengeance for the beloved Pope's academic quotation, the attack on a Danish caricaturist, all these have been registered and will be duely paid back. They dont know that Teutonic berserkers are better left alone. Anyway, what I am coming at is that Israeli shares will double their price till end of the year. רוח גבי - Buenos Aires - Good Winds - are gaining force.
