Tower Semiconductor Ltd. (Nasdaq: TSEM; TASE: TSEM) Investors reportedly asked the company to hold the placement in order to buy shares. The placement is being held at $1.80 per share, similar to the market price. Tower is also offering options exercisable at $2 per share, after a six-month vesting period. Tower has a market cap of $153 million.I see the Pibko Tower in the pic each time I go to Tel Aviv on the Ayalon Highway. Pibko is an Israeli architect, he wanted to make a mark on the city. Apartments in the Tower are expensive.
