I love new words. In chess, a player whose turn it is to move who has no move that does not worsen their position is said to be in zugzwang. In my reshuffle concept, nothing I can think of seems promising. In an inflating, crashing, recessional(*) world, Germany seems the most solid. Germans hate viscerally disorder and inflation, and they will not permit it in their vaterland. The question is: Frankfort or Berlin bourse? And the mechanics, how it is done?

(*) Penney's Uhlmann reported: "For the first time we really saw a change in consumer sentiment reflecting the soft housing market, the subprime market and the effect of – psychological effect, at least, of fuel prices."
