Chavez, Uribe and Correa: Friends Again.




After exchanging accusations and insults, the three leaders decided they were not going to have a war. Chavez opened Venezuela's frontier to Colombian food exports, Ecuador's Correa demanded a public apology from Colombia's Uribe for "lying about Ecuador's help to the FARC guerrilla". As remembered, Colombia raided a rebel camp in Ecuador and killed FARC's subcommander as well as nine Mexican trainees.
