The pic shows a local resident meeting with Kever Benjamin's Major. The residents protested against the terrible clouds of odors of the Golda neighborhood. The Major ordered the Environmental Unit to investigate the source (I am so sure they will do it from their office). The residents quoted that TAHAL (a water/wastewater consulting engineers firm) that recommended to replace the sewage system in 2008 while the Municipality had scheduled it 2014. The Major said that local politicians are causing the bad odors (in preparation for the coming municipal elections).
