It is amazing how some people is getting rich just by focussing in their business. This little burekas (a kind of Bulgarian Jewish pastry) kitchen has expanded and now has opened its second factory, which is making small handrolled cookies. Many skinny Ethiopian girls headed by Claude, the Frenchman in charge. They have moved to a large industrial building in Yavneh (pic).
