Rababa is a village between Ariel and Barkan, and a new street is being built looking at the brownish, burnt out hills of Samaria. The Contractor discovered that the engineering design was a disaster, and called me to help him out. The damage done cannot be undone, but he is breaking up the heavy concrete rapsodah (platform) on which the building will be erected, and adding more iron and more concrete. Incompetence is everywhere, fortunately our enemies imagine we are all geniuses.
