Professor Hamilton is Buying Stocks

Prof. James D Hamilton writes in Econobrowser about the current stock exchange situation. He quotes the Oracle from Omaha:
A simple rule dictates my buying: Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful. And most certainly, fear is now widespread, gripping even seasoned investors.
Prof. Hamilton is also buying. Interest is low, shares are on the floor and one only has to pick them up. Let me sleep on it. Thanks Professor, you help me to put order in my confusion.
