The Palestinian President of Gaza in a tense televised speech declared war on the State of Israel. He said that had ordered his masked henchmen (pic) to fire the maximum number of rockets and grenades to Israeli population centers.
The Geneva Convention protects only uniformed soldiers of regular forces. Unidentified masked armed men are considered bandits and are not covered by the convention.
