Mexico I Didnt Know

The heads of nine decapitated persons were found in Tijuana, making it 18 the number of persons murdered in the last hours. They were found in the Granjas Familiares del Matamoros barrio, near the Trigo Avenue. The message found said: "somos gente del gordo Villarreal y quedamos así con el "Tres" meaning "We are people of the Fat Villareal and this is how we deal with Tres", referring to Armando Villarreal and Teodoro García Simental, alias "El Teo" or "El Tres Letras". The ruling family is the Arellano Félix, with seven brothers and four sisters. After jailing of the last of the seven brothers, the leadership was assumed by Fernando Sánchez Arellano, son of a sister, but he is being disputed by Teo. Mexican President Felipe Calderon's government is also in the grip of a major corruption scandal that recently saw its anti-drug czar and several top police officers arrested for allegedly being on the drug cartels' payroll to the tune of 150,000-450,000 dollars per month.
