On the right of the blogosphere, anguished voices can be heard about the Great Orcadian Race's disappearance. Bloggers, literate by definition, are obsessing that Orcadians are being crowded out and suffocated by anti-Orcadians and pseudo-Orcadians of the dark variety, that each year there are less and less true yellow-haired blue-eyed Orcadians, while the number of the non-Orcadians is growing exponentially even in the Orcadians mythical ancestral home island in the foggy Far North. Tears are shedded about civilization's fall, not once but repeatedly: in Ancient Hellas, in Rome, in Britain, in Germany, now in the USA, but somehow, while decaying and dying out for three thousand years, Orcadians are still very much around and seizing ever larger territories .
Are Orcadians fated by the Gods to disappear? I believe what people says, so I have given thought to the issue. Let see what happened with the Orcadians of Ancient Greece. First question: Have ever been Orcadians in Hellas? The beautiful statues Ancient Greeks left of themselves, seem to confirm that they were Orcadians. Heads of wise-looking handsome old men, marble statues of nude athlets, and long haired shapely maidens. But visiting the places where these stone testimonies have been found, like Athens, Sparta, Miletos, we see the common variety of swarthy Mediterranean types. Dienekes the anthroposophist says that the population has not changed. Moreover, he says that the Acheans and Danae of the legends are not invading Orcadian tribes, but autochtonous inhabitants of the islands. An enigma.
Noble Roman statuary shows remarkable marble heads of energetic military and civil leaders, Augustus and Caesar, Cicero and Nero. But you walk in the streets of Rome and you find no one like them but many olive skinned Mediterraneans. Where have the noble patrician Orcadians gone? They are certainly unrepresented in contemporary native populations. Looking at the tombs, we do find the ancestors of the local population, but none of the blond, blue eyed Emilians. May be there never were true Orcadians in Ancient Rome and the busts show how they wanted to be remembered? Say archaelogists in the year 4500 AD look at the remains of Mexico City. What they find?
Telenovelas of blond actors, statues of the
proceres - all Orcadian looking heroic fellows. The common people leaves no statues of themselves, they live and die as if they were invisible.
But the problem is there: We had a few Orcadian looking individuals and families in Greece and Rome, but they did not survive, their genes died off or were dissolved in the sea of common humanity. Most probably there were no Orcadian elites ever, but us, the garden variety humanity, idolizes Orcadians and would love to look like an Orcadian. It is well documented that ancient Greeks and classic Romans all strived to have light, yellow hair, and they used all kind of chemicals (some of them highly poisonous) to change their black hair into yellow. The most shocking discovery is the use of lead to whiten the skin in Ancient Rome, since lead is one of the most toxic metals and surely did drive crazy and killed its user. So we have a situation where people is crazy to look Orcadian and make statues of themselves looking as Orcadians, but they are ... like everybody else. True Orcadians, those beautiful gods, are there in small number, serving as trophy wives or non executive vicepresidents in charge of golf socializing, but they have no selective advantage and if left alone, they tend to disappear. They are decorative ideals of the human race. Nowadays the craze to look blond has not only conquered European and mixed European peoples, whose Orcadian fake-look is more or less possible if not probable, but Chinese and African peoples, with ludicrous results. Sometimes we can see a Japanese Prime Minister, a serious person if there is one, with a long almost blond hair, trying to look a little bit as an Orcadian, having obviously invested much time and effort in the fakery.
Orcadians see themselves, as individuals, are beautiful and dull like dolls. As a rule, they know they are beautiful and make no issue of it, and they are not worried about aggressively spreading their genes. They have few childrfen and they mix well with other races, and being such a minority, they soon happily dissolve in the mass of humanity. They have no Orcadian race projects in mind, and they dont care.
Some fake-Orcadians, who are not themselves yellow haired nor blue eyed but they imagine they should be, have taken up an Orcadian survival project. They have manufactured an heroic mythical past and the Ubermensch. But Orcadians lack self awareness, and are, as a race, weak and fragile, able to thrive only when isolated in their impassable foggy forests, never in the light of the Sun and in contact with humanity. The hothouse effect may be the end of them. After the passing of the Great Orcadian race, Rhesus monkeys will inhabit their temples and cities, like a monstruous Angkor Vat, happily unaware of nature of the monuments they are defecating on. Kalki, Vishnu the Destroyer comes in a White Horse and destroys the creation, and the new Brahmins, the monkey gods, inherit the Earth.
