Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan dictator, has taken a hostile position against the State of Israel, and yesterday visited and prayed in a Caracas's Ibrahim El-Ibrahim mosque (pic) to signal his solidarity with Hamas. He said:

Pónganse la mano en el corazón y sean justos", dijo, tras acusar al Ejército israelí de "asesino" y "cobarde".Dont Jews reject the Holocaust? And what are we seeing now in Gaza? Put your hand on your heart and be just." A demagogue, of the lowest kind.

Oh, yes, he does. He knows that being seen honouring and respecting foreign tribal customs is a powerful political tool. He also has no problems with praying and sacrificing to Pachamama (the Incaic Goddess mentioned in Ecuador´s new constitution).
