This morning I had a ¨siur¨ (working visit) in Northern Samaria, between Jenin and Um-el-Phahem. It is 400 m over see level, cold and humid in winter. We are going to take the treated wastewater from the whole settlement block and use it irrigate olive plantations. The mountains around are impressive, and the whole place is planted with pine trees. Since one cannot arrive from the South (Palestinian Authority), it is necessary to travel through the Wadi Ara Arab settlements, which form a compact semi-urban area of about one million persons. The media said that there had been pro-Gaza demonstrations in the area, but I didnt see anything. The project presents no technical difficulties and we can have the olives irrigated in March.

Has any sentence starting that way ever ended well?
Do you think this customer will pay you? You should have go over the profiles of the customers that avoid paying you and see if they fit a pattern. If you find that they are all, say, sephardic males around the age of 32 you could avoid doing business with them.
This job is for a serious institution.
Maybe most of your customers should then be serious instituions!
