Prof. Kevin Macdonald in The Occidental website is turning his attention to serious matters. He is saying now that President Obama has no qualifications for the Presidency, he is an Affirmative Action President, a front (or a puppet) of the Jewish right wing (Likud) cabal in the persons of Axelrod and Emanuel. This hypothesis will resonate with the right-wing pro-apartheid wing of the Republican Party. This is a political issue, more flammable than the one presenting Bush as puppet of neo-conservative (codeword for Jewish) cabal. MacDonald has a natural talent for writing and his argument is very astutely presented. He starts with an horrific massacre commited by a black criminal and gradually developes his story till one finds himself debating America's Black President:

You have a new President who did nothing wrong yet, but Macdonald attacks him in a very ugly way, coming to him from behind, from the obtuse angle of a policemen-killing mass criminal. What has Obama, a Harvard graduate and an exemplary family man, in common with Macdonald's mega-criminal? Nothing. The Macdonald suggests that Obama is half-moron because (1) it is well known that Africans have lower IQs, and (2) once Obama became rather confused for a few seconds in the middle of a speech, one of the hundreds he makes every month. How can a trained psychologyst conclude anything from that onetime accident? He already has concluded that Obama is nothing, just a PR image created by ... guess who! the only two Jews in Obama's crowd of hundred collaborators and assistants. Macdonald derives farfetched, exaggerated, imaginary conclusions from no facts at all. He is a viperine antisemite. That is my opinion about him. Regarding Obama, he did nothing to me and seems a nice person. May be he will be a good president. The world needs a good American President.
What this means is that the image of a stumbling Obama as an automaton who can only speak coherently when he is reading others' words very easily feeds into the negative images that most whites already have of blacks: Blacks are less intelligent, and blacks in America are achieving far more than is justified by their ability — Barack Obama as the affirmative action president.
And it means that the long-term effects of the Obama presidency on how whites think of blacks may depend not only on how successful Obama is. It will also depend on whether whites believe that Obama is anything more than an image created by the mainstream media desperately in search of a black man who could act the part of president.
In recent years, it became fashionable to talk about how Karl Rove was George W. Bush's brain. Suggestions that David Axelrod and Rahm Emanuel are Obama's brain have a whole different connotation. And a very significant effect on how whites view blacks.

MacDonald aside, I don't see how you can possibly believe that Obama will be a good president. He is the affirmative action president, an empty suit, and has already abundantly proved that he's not up to the job.

The media was desperately in search of a closet communist/socialist that it could install as president. Obama was just the most electable socialist that the Dems could find. The only positive thing I will say about Obama is that if the Dems had gotten a White man in there he would be just as far to the left.

I dont know if that is true regarding Obama, but I know for sure that it was so for President Ronald Reagan, a professional actor who worked much under contract to American corporations like General Electric presenting their propaganda. He was used to learn the scripts they wrote for him, and did it very convincingly. Yet he was one of America's best Presidents. Whites of the right kind still have all of the power they could want. Its just those of us in the "redneck" states as you called them Anon that have been screwed by a coalition of Coloreds with Northern and Pacific Coast Whites. So only about half the Whites here so far have the potential of being alienated.

Obama seems to be a reasonably bright guy, as one would expect the son of an economist and an anthropologist to be. His problem, as I see it, isn't intelligence, but ideology. He comes from the Left, where the concern has always been about how to cut bigger slices of the economic pie for its constituencies. The Left hasn't seemed to think much about how to grow the economic pie. Now the pie is shrinking, and -- ideology aside -- the logical thing to do is get it growing first, and then worry about slicing it up later. But Obama can't resist talking about both at the same time.
Just talking about cutting out bigger slices -- even if Obama promises that the cutting's not going to happen for a few years -- reduces expectations of future income from productive investment. By doing that, it discourages productive investment today. The necessary leap, one that ideology seems to be preventing Obama from making, is to ditch the talk about anti-growth policies until the economy is healthy again. Instead, he pretends that his plans to move the health care industry toward greater socialization, increase unproductive investment on education, and enact a huge tax on energy are the medicine the economy needs.

Sure, Obama is coming from the far left. And with the alibi of the crisis (which is real) he is nationalizing American economy. Down there it may be a consequence of the demographic change America is undergoing, with large sector of Third World people who are uncapable to compete in the free market and they have nothing to loose except their chains, gold necklaces or whatever. Also the large Latin immigrant population brings with itself a long tradition of Mexican style socialism, of Viva La Revolucion, of Revolucion Bolivariana a la Hugo Chavez.
