One of the two Baja California water projects I submitted for funding has been approved by the Mexicans. It was competing against hundreds of other projects. In a few months I may be off to Mexico. I am not afraid of the swine flu, at least not yet. Those bloody phones didnt stop all day so I closed them down. My mind is already in Baja. I am not that man in the pic. I am not that fish either.

Baja on my Mind
One of the two Baja California water projects I submitted for funding has been approved by the Mexicans. It was competing against hundreds of other projects. In a few months I may be off to Mexico.
