Outrage? That is all? I remember President Clinton saying that America would level North Korea should they go on developing nuclear weapons. Or am I imagining?

You don't have to read Nostradamus to figure out where this all ends.
(1) Human evolution will be much accelerated. The competition for survival will become ferocious. Only the smarter, luckier, stronger will survive. (2) A coalition of powers will declare a world dictatorial regime, forbidding the development of nuclear weapons everywhere and imposing a strict control regime. Punishment will be extermination. (3) The next phase will be splitting within the ruling coalition and "civil" world war. The winner will impose an even stricter dcitatorship. Peace will reign for a few hundred years. (4) A new humanity will emerge.

If survives smarter then ,yes,but if stronger psychical then Einstein right about world war 4!(Certainly do not know what impact on the earth will have the new type of weapon, if applied) Off Topic- with one of Baltic states roughly around the year 2010,will happen the same what in the 90's in Yugoslavia, but after that probably should invade Russia or UN peacekeepers!(or the Argentine scenario)
