Four California Latinos went down to Tijuana to have some fun and ended as dog ash. The body of the girls, Brianna Hernandez, who was either 18 or 19, tested positive for cocaine. Oscar Jorge Garcia, 23, had been apprehended in the San Diego area in January 2008 with six illegal immigrants in his car, but never charged. They were tortured and killed, but the Mexican government censured the news and the rumor says the bodies were incinerated in the Tijuana municipal stray dog crematorium.
