In one of my encarnations when I was the Holy City's water boss, I was known among my "diverse" gang as Abu-Banat, The Father of the Daughters. (Behind my back they called me Abu-Jora, "The Father of the Sewage"). Well, yes, I have a handful of beautiful, clever, hardworking daughters. And now I know why. Because I am beautiful!
Kanazawa, an evolutionary psychologist at the London School of Economics, discovered that good-looking parents were far more likely to conceive daughters. He suggested this was an evolutionary strategy subtly programmed into human DNA. “Physical attractiveness is a highly heritable trait, which disproportionately increases the reproductive success of daughters much more than that of sons."
Aha! Eat your heart, you ugly fathers of sons.

Maybe it's true that attractive couples are more apt to produce daughters as offspring, but in many cultures throughout history it has always been a sign of good fortune to have many sons rather than many daughters. The more sons that a man produced, the better he was supposed to be.
This even persists nowadays in China, India, and so on, where many females are aborted in favor of male offspring.
So it has been definitely proved that the Secret Engineer is no Chinaman nor Hindu. He is a Jew and gives a damn to the Chinese and Hindu cultures. He has lots of daughters, one hotter than the other, all healthy, intelligent, beautiful, hardworking, overconscious girls, and he is proud of all of them and feels very fortunate.
