I got a difficult job. A dairy farmer in the South with 100 milching cows says the farm does not produce enough for three families and he cannot increase the number of cows because of milk quotas. He wants to build a dairy products plant, not only for Israel (which is extremely difficult in itself) but for export. He wants FDA accreditation (here only TARA has it) and EU import licences. I see I'll have to work very hard on this project. This project was "begetted" by my success in the goat milk products enterprise design and permitting, which I hear is prospering mightily. Life is so difficult.

You have been selected for this because of your track record of success in generating solutions.
As someone once said, the chief cause of problems is solutions.
So you should see these challenges as a measure of respect for your competence; let the amateurs deal with the easy stuff. You would soon get bored, anyway.

Thanks a lot. Now another goat dairy has approached me for a proposal. People here consumes much milk products and many beleave that goat milk is healthier and want to pay more for it. The first goat dairy I planned two or three years ago is making millions. There is a shortage of goat milk here.
Surely a business opportunity for you?
