Professor: "Howling errors of a factor of 16"

I love the entertaining blog fight between Judge Posner and Professors Menzie Chinn (very cool), Economic Council Member Romer and Bradley DeLong. They cant agree on the macroeconomic impact of the stimulus package and they are calling each other by names. I think the critiques of Prof. DeLong and Prof. Chinn (both very good) reflect faithfully the differences between the Jewish and the Chinese mind. Although I feel that Chinn is less polite than a typical Chinese. He must have been working for too long among Jews.

I have a deep and dark suspicion that much of the stimulus package is being held back on purpose, so as not to debase the currency too rapidly. Hence the jobless recovery, which is just a recovery of confidence.
