Sixteen people in a Detox Center were massacred this morning in Ciudad Juarez. A About a dozen hooded vigilantes with a list put them against a wall and shot them. This the second operation of this kind this year.
Mexico's drug related violence have left about six thousand dead in 2008. Nowhere has the bloodletting been worse than in Ciudad Juarez, a border city that has registered more than 1,350 slayings in 2008.
