Mexicali: 400 Illegals per Day

Each day, 400 illegals are detained in Caléxico, Cal. After two hours, they are returned to Mexicali. Two agents, Smith and Thompson, are in charge of 76 miles of border fence, assisted by 40 cameras. After climbing the fence, cars are waiting them in the American side, which are photographed and detained.
