I have been hired to design a plumbing solution to the fourth floor of this ancient office building in central Tel Aviv. The original casted pipes are rotten and different solutions were implemented, such as outside plastic pipes, inserting 75 mm steel pipe in the original 4" pipe, and so on. It does not work, it stinks, etc. There is a lawsuit pending and they have to submit an engineering design next week.

Looking at the picture the best solution would be to blow the building up and start over.
I could be wrong though.
These large buildings have severl owners, that can never agree on anything.
