I am sick of imbecile professors like Tony Judt opinating nonsense. They are disconnected from reality. Last week, the neighboring town of Petach Tikva was "conquered" by the Sepharadi Traditionalist Jewish Movement ("Shas") and imposed a number of religious measures. Forget about non ethnic Israel. The ground is moving here.

BTW, if you didn't see it in yesterday's FT, Tony Judt says Israel doesn't have to be Jewish anymore.
