Ehud Barak, Israel's Defense Minister, invited the rabbi of Har Bracha to talk over their differences. The rabbi sent him the message that you cannot order me, I do not work in your place. The difference is about Har Bracha being one of two West Bank yeshivas which encourage Israel Defense Forces soldiers to refuse orders to evacuate settlements. The other one is the Alon More yeshiva headed by rabbi Levanon, a very intelligent man. Har Bracha is the place where the Israelites erected their first altar in Eretz Israel, it is one of the highest mountains in Samaria. I do design work for both settlements, and I rather like the people and I definitely like the place.
