Two Iraqi Jewish brothers are erecting a new food factory that will be at the European Union's standards. They bought an existing industrial building in Netanya and I am designing the water and wastewater systems. I gave such a ridiculously low proposal that the project manager said that something is wrong: Or I my price is too low, or the other consultants (electricity, safety, air conditioning, etc.) are asking too much. Now that I am doing the project I see that I am cueless and need a business manager.
