More Work for Israeli Water Engineers

The Israeli Government received a 141.1 million Euro soft loan from the EIB (The Development Bank of the European Union) for investments in water infrastructure. Most of the money is for water reuse projects. The loan is to 20 years with 4 years grace period. This loan means more work stress for us, the aging and disappearing Israeli Water Engineers. Maybe I should hire more people and expand my operations to exploit this conjucture of growing demand for the professional services I provide. But I dont want nor can work more.
