Tel Aviv as a Financial Center

I quote Shani, the Finance Ministry Chief, who spoke this morning at the Israel Business Meeting in Keysaria. "I'm not sure Tel Aviv can become a global financial center like New York or London, but if we manage to bring over 500-1,000 Jews with experience in portfolio management, that will give a significant push. In that case, we would not make do with exchange traded funds, but there would be people here who understood how to manage money in the big world." I think that in Wall Street there may be a few Jewish underemployed money managers. The salaries here are not to Wall Street level, but the weather is much better.
