Where is Mangan?

Dennis Mangan's blog was censured. Half Sigma received a mail from Dennis:
No, I can't log into my account. I get a message saying that it has been "temporarily disabled", probably due to "terms of use violation".
His last post was about "Seeing through all lies", a subversive tirade. He wrote (I took it from Google's cache):
Besides the scheme to regulate just about everything, one of the main features of global warming is transfer payments, from the wealthy and white nations to the poor and non-white. So it's no wonder that the U.N., Obama, and Brown are all for it: it's a part of the plan to further their interests and power by any means necessary.
. It seems excessive and conspirational, but in a general way. I appreciate Dennis with his cultured references, like the "Gramscian march". Maybe I am unaware of other things going on.

J: thanks for that. I haven't yet discovered what my "offense" was, and may never. No doubt I'll be back up somewhere else soon.

I was just about to comment that he will doubtless be back.

Anon.

Dear Dennis,

Having lived in more than one totalitarian regimes, it seems to me obvious that your "offense' was incitement to a "Gramscian march". You live in country in war (in two wars, in fact, plus the murky war against terrorism), and you wrote against the government. In a similar situation, in the Soviet Union you would enjoy now the opportunity to increase your gold holdings in the Vorkuta gold mine, but your country is less generous.

Blogging is becoming a serious business. The Israeli Defense Forces just today announced that they are setting up a "new media" unit, to fight the media war. Knowing as I think I know my country, I can safely presume that we are imitating the US, where this kind of military force is already fighting the enemy.

That is my theory, I have no prove whatever that thing are so.

Please make me know where you are writing, I really enjoy your notes and your comments on investing are very cunning and useful. You were right about gold, I hope you are among those enjoying the bonanza.

If you do set up an independent site be careful about you choice of webhost. A site I frequent had its domain stolen by the webhost and his entire site removed from the internet. Several months later the webhosting service gave him his domain back, but he still hasn't gotten his old files back.

The owner of the site stated that his webhost was served with a copyright infringement notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act over a video he had copied off their site. The site didn't get a lot of traffic, and there was no reason why he should have had his site shut down, other than it is a racist site detailing the fall of Detroit.
