Bonesmen Seen in the Middle East

The bones of Cyprus President Tassos Papadopoulos were stolen from the grave. Dr Neophytos Loizides, from Cyprus' School of Politics and Philosophy said: “This incident has triggered intense political and public debate as to the motivation behind it at a time when efforts to resolve the conflict in Cyprus are at a critical juncture." His family stated that '[ό]που κι αν βρίσκεται η σορός του, η φωνή του θα ακούγεται [[w]herever his body may be now, his voice will be heard]'. Papadopoulos kept his silence at his new home on Yale's Crypt crystal vitrine.

Ever since the Turks invaded, the Cyprus negotiations are at a 'critical juncture', or 'on the verge of a historic breakthrough' or 'poised on the cusp of success'. The Turks are resurgent now, Erdogan with his nostalgia for the caliphate will play with Cyprus like a dog on a leash. The Turks have not conceded a single thing to the Kurds. Why should the Christians in Cyprus expect any better.

You think the Turks had some business left undone with Papadopoulos ex post mortem?
