One STDV analyses White paranoia about black men with large tools and hot white chicks. The logic that feed this paranoia is not actually wrong. Black males are heavily weaponized and white chicks have wet climaxes watching black rappers. Now lets see the reality check: The number of black men-white women pairs is so small that it warrants almost no consideration at all.
In 300 million strong America, there are only 286,000 black men-white women marriages. That represents only 0.5% of all marriages total. 286,000 white women is only about 0.3% of the total number of white women in the United States. When one considers that most of the white women in the BM-WW pairs are prole-types (with the token "Look how open-minded I am" Columbia sociology major on Teach for America and the mother of Barak Obama when she was "studying" at Hawai University), the loss of attractive potential white women is essentially zero.

YOu are leaving out women who cohabitate with Black men but do not get a marriage license. If you count cohabitation then the proportion doubles. Second, some of these women engage in stupid behavior, like shacking up with Blacks, when they are young but then break up with these men when they are older. So these women may be counted when they are older as married to a White man.
It's not really marriage rates that fuel paranoia.
It's also premarital, extra-marital, adulterous, etc., relations and the potential for them with dominant, large black men.
Say we are five couples in a picnic, and one couple has a shiny muscular deep-voiced Black man. The mere prsence of that fellow will stress out all the other boys in the company.
Your example assumes one-fifth of the couples are interracial.
Its stressing because we have to think long term.
In a picnic, long term is when we play hide and seek among the trees.
