Roissy wrote for two years about the art of seduction applying THE RULES, one of them is to be rude to the ladies. True and true but he crossed a red line when published the pic of blogger Lady Raine's son, unleashing her fury:

Since I have finished my "gaming life" time ago, I did not follow Roissy's cynical experiences and seduction advice. He seemed a smart Jewish boy, working in some well paying but boring DC job, unaware how people reacts when faced with a travelling salesman playboy. A figure like Roissy cannot be tolerated in decent society. He is applying and teaching others sexual seduction techniques that cause pain to the victims. Also, while I don't necessarily condone Roissy's behavior, the pictures of Lady Raine and her son that he posted on his blog were already public photos that Lady Raine herself posted on her MySpace page. She herself made all of these pictures publicly available.
Again, I don't necessarily condone Roissy's behavior, but what he did and what she did in outing him were categorically different. None of the info that Lady Raine exposed was public info that Roissy himself made available.
Meh, I doubt that Roissy is really through, considering that Lady Raine's expose was posted around Thanksgiving and Roissy didn't disappear until Christmas. Far more likely, he's just jerking us around, waiting to surprise us all with a triumphant return.
Of course, then there's that Denise Romano character running around, trying to get Roissy arrested for hate speech and inciting violence against women.

Re Roissy, before being outed he said that he had German ancestry and that he wasn't Jewish.
I believe he said that he is Catholic, and following his outing several sources apparently close to him have said that he isn't Jewish but that he's Catholic.
There are many non-Jews, especially urban gentiles, who are familiar with "yenta" and will use it on occasion. I think red-staters and Middle Americans will generally be unfamiliar with it however.
Anyway, who knows for sure at this point. And like you said, it doesn't matter.
Doubtful that Roissy is Jewish. Jews usually don't have names that end in a double "n". That's a gentile German thing. Also, not too many Jews with relatives named Ludwig. Roissy is German ethnically, as are 1 out of 7 Americans.

WRONG. Jim happily and candidly gave his name, his employer, and his job title to "The Globe" in a public interview that was published for all the world to see.
My having a photo of my kid on MY myspace page is hardly the same as sexual deviant copying and reposting a 5 year olds photo (and many other photos of minors) on an X-Rated, Mature adult website right next to graphic sexual commentaries, porno videos, and posts about "cousin fucking".
In case you were not aware, even a PARENT does not have the legal right to post their OWN child's photo on an X-Rated, Sexually Graphic Website. It is against the law for obvious reasons.
Furthermore, Roissy did NOT "only repost things he already found on my myspace page" because I NEVER posted any info saying that I was a porno star, a hooker, a druggie, or that I fuck bikers every night.

Lady, Hold Your Horses! At 40 men are NOT approaching retirement! I am mighty older than that Roissy baby and am still in business! Ask my wife! But I agree that Roissy has passed the limits of good taste and should settle down with a good woman like you.
BTW, I re-read Roissy's advice on hitting women. Somehow he forgot to mention that women hit men much more frequently, they start fights and soon things are flying, and police records show more men hurt by female partners than the reverse. I think men and women evolved to live together and everything they do to each other is for the good of the species. I am not impressed by discipline. I could never make it happen without laughing. It is so infantile.

Indeed, any adult man or woman who engages in hitting, slapping, pushing, throwing things, slamming fists on tables, etc. is NOT a person who should be in a relationship.
I would never want to physically intimidate a man I supposedly cared for and I don't understand women who behave that way.
I know different states have different laws, but here in PA if there are visible marks on either the man OR the woman and even if neither wants to press charges, the police are required to arrest and charge BOTH parties for Domestic Violence.
No woman should take liberties in feeling that she can hit a man just because she may be smaller than him.

Maybe Roissy isn't a Jew, or maybe he is just partially Jewish - he said he was tall before, 6 feet or even over 6 feet. Not very many Jews are even 6 feet tall, much less over 6 feet - it is rare but is not unheard of.
