Today is Pessach, it is a religious mitzva (commandment) to drink till we cannot distinguish a black thread from a white one. I have religious obligations to fulfil.
Isn't that Purim, when one can no longer distinguish between Haman and Mordechai? I once visited a Yeshiva on Purim - I can tell you that Yeshiva buchers do not hold their liquor well.
On Pesach you are obligated to drink four cups of wine but not to get drunk per se (as far as I know). But if you happen to get drunk after drinking 4 cups of wine, so be it. None of your favorite vodka unless it is made from potatoes.

Someone had 2 pallets of gold bricks in his garage? This didn't make the news here. What was the story?

All, as they say, that glitters, is not gold."

My inner real estate agent tells this little stash might put up the value of the property somewhat.

The pic is a parable of gold being only a mirage (an optical illusion). It illustrates Dennis Mangan"s note on the subject.
