A clown as I said before. Later news stories say that the Dubai immigration authorities (who are actually in charge of this) know nothing of Tamin's plan.
The next tasks will be deal with selecting a pump for a Dead Sea hot brackish water spa, and then calculating the optimal size for an equalizing reservoir within the framework of the Med-Dead Canal Project (originally proposed by Lowdermilk, an American engineer).
The second exam (for those who failed in the first one) may deal with reverse osmosis membranes, and SBR wastewater treatment plant design.
How the hell am I supposed to pass my correspondence course if the professor doesn't post the material?
