Very common. Signs are normally in Hebrew, English, Arabic. Frequently also in Russian. In the countryside also Thai.

Yes, there are thousands of Thai farm workers in Israel. They have finished off the wild animal populations, like foxes. They also decimated street cats and dogs. They ate them.
