TSEM - An Opportunity?

TOWER is a heavily indebted Israeli chip foundry that has been fighting for its survival during the last five years. It seems to have passed the most dangerous phase and now is starting to grow steadily. Its share price rised 500% in the last year, yet still so I think it is very cheap. TSEM is in my mind.

Go for it J. Why don't you look at foreign shares? I repudiate all the slagging off I said in my ignorance. There may yet be more room at the bottom - I mean the nanospace - and many more silicon based applications in the future.

Silicon? What about the other elements?
