The Man with the Red Kippah

Cardinal Walter Kasper observed that "When you land at Heathrow you think you have landed in a third world country." Are Christians persecuted in the UK? "Yes. An aggressive new atheism has spread through the country." The Church has potential.

Remember that until recently (and to some extent still) the Jews fell in the category of "the other" that the Cardinal is complaining about. I would not rejoice exactly.

There is room for the Church of England to grow again in England, the Roman Church can stay on the continent.

This is sort of the Catholic Church's version of "me and my brother against our cousin, me and my brother and my cousin against our neighbor, etc." We know how well that kind of thinking has worked for the Arabs.

As all the isms fail there remains only two elephants, Catholicism and Islam. Choose wisely. I've seen the new atheists, they don't have a single good-looking girl among them.

The man is right. LHR is a Third World hell-hole. But then so is JFK.

It's not just an aggressive type of atheism, it's also an aggressive type of immigrant religion, which is far from atheistic.

The Brits, and in fact Europe in general, have set themselves up for another religio-civil war, as the mass immigrant Muslim hypertheists sooner or later are going to have to fight the militant atheist/anti-fecundity/gay rights/feminists who so recently let them in.

The lack of insight here is quite staggering.
