This morning I did a small plumbing plan for the new College of Administration in Rishon LeZion. Why cant we have better architects?

The building looks to be in sort of Frank Gehry style. I find it kind of amusing and better than the kind of humorless modern architecture that takes itself too seriously. Perhaps it is a commentary on the neatness of the 3rd world construction workers who actually do all the work.
