Some South Africans are thrilled to the point of having formed the "Unofficial Julius Malema Fan Club" to try and counter some of the unfounded criticisms and bad-mouthing the young intellectual receives. Still it is not compulsory to join the Club.
I will give the Club a million $ immediately, before it loses all its value.

Anon- Malema and his followers had ZERO to do with all of the technological developments you site. The greatest Zulu invention was the assegai (spear). You might as well credit Germany with the insights of the Jew Einstein or Russia with the brilliance of the pianist Horowitz. I realize whites have been in S. Africa for 400+ years and have no other "home" to return to, but the Jews were in Europe even longer and were even more detached in language, culture, etc. from their "native" land. Yet all this availed them not - when their time was up, their only exit from Europe was up the chimneys of Auschwitz.
One of the stages of grief is "bargaining" - today you are bargaining for your farms, someday you will be bargaining for your lives. The handwriting is on the wall - get out while the gittin' is good. Hitler too used to be considered a sort of semi-comical character, to be lampooned by Chaplin and made the subject of jokes, when in truth there was nothing the least bit funny about his murderous intentions. Don't be fooled by the laughing clown.
I wish that this was not so and I pray that I am wrong and that the movie will have a different ending, but I know that if time travel were invented, my first trip would be back to the Europe of the '30s to show my family the videos of the horrors yet to come on my iPhone and beg them to get out. I know what their answers to the strange time traveler would be - we have our houses, our businesses, we have lived side by side with the locals for hundreds of years - they are our loyal servants, they depend on us for employment and to supply them with goods and services that they do not have the capability of producing themselves, etc. And yet, I would tell them, all this will avail you not.

We have few illusions; this man will make Caligula look like a Sunday School sex offender.
However, there are lots of South Africans who will be happy to go out fighting, and having spent time in Israel, I recognize a similar spirit.
It also has to be recognized that, in South Africa, UNLESS THEY GET OUTSIDE HELP, their organizational and technological approach will not, I think, match up to the German death machine. Rather, we expect a steady increment in opportunistic crime directed at white farmers, in the first instance, but which will certainly be brutal and disgusting; and very firmly suppressed in the Western media, by our loyal kith and kin.
At the same time steps to disarm whites, already well advanced, will be accelerated, and may in fact be what pushes matters to a head in the short term.
We shall see.

The Germans, being Germans, went about their business of genocide in a very organized way - contracts were bid for the crematoria, plans were drawn, there were precise train schedules and the Reichsbahn was reimbursed for each "passenger", etc. All this was not necessary, it was just a reflection of the German character. In Rwanda, in Cambodia and elsewhere, the genocide was just as effective if much less organized. Machetes and rifles and mobs can do the job just as well.
I understand that in an apocalyptic scenario, the S. African whites are not without resources. But you know that what remains of the so-called West will not lift a finger to help you. Maybe you would not go down without a fight but the cost on both sides would be very high and the numbers are against you.
Really, discretion is the better part of valor. Maybe I am completely wrong and the worst that would happen is that you and your family relocates to some other Western country with a high standard of living. J might have stayed in Argentina and if he had made it past the critical period, he would have been fine and could have stayed there forever, but I'm pretty sure he does not regret his decision, even though it turned his life upside down for a time. If things settle down and a stable peaceful democracy that respects property rights is assured, you can always go back later. Given the risks, I'd rather be safe than sorry.

K, I understand your bitterness towards the Germans, less so towards the Russians. But it has to be said that Einstein's achievements are part of German culture. He didn't study his science in a yeshiva in Lublin. He was also well regarded as a stylist of the German language. Of course later in life he couldn't care less for the Germans. In the early days though he was helped along by the doyens of German science, Max Plank and others.
The Germans didn't want him before so they can't have him now. I'm sure there was a point where Einstein would have wanted to have been regarded as a German but that apparently wasn't possible.

It has neveer been a massacre of Whites in Africa so it is not probable in South Africa. The scenario is a gradual descent into chaos and corruption, like all African countries. Life and property will not be secure.
Yet that is not what is happening in real life. South African economy is growing and life for Whites seems to be rather good. Once you adjust to the idea that you are living in an African society, life can be bearable. I for one enjoyed my stay in NIgeria.

There is also an element of luck.
Most blacks are very friendly and happy to be employed, especially if the employer is fair and understands their language and culture.
But occasionally something snaps, and then you're into Heart of Darkness territory; just don't be in the wrong place at the wrong time. A lot of examples come to mind, but Rwanda approaches what would pass for an organized mass killing, whereas something like the death of the naive American girl Amy Biehl looks more impulsive.
A chilling example this week is of a British tourist couple who, incredibly, and stupidly, drove through Cape Town's Guguletu township "to see the night life". Their taxi was commandeered by a gang who an hour later ejected the husband, alive, but the young bride's dead body was found later in the back of the car.
A low-grade descent into chaos can be contained if enough whites remain in the country, but when the drop in standards affect services like police, you get a multiplier effect.
Basically, however, this is just part of a theme now playing out all over the world, in which whites, including Jews in some places, are losing ground and, where they do hang on, are becoming less secure as a result of their own governments deliberately failing to protect them, and also, perniciously,deliberately making it impossible for whites to defend themselves, via a hostile judiciary, mandated disarmament, guilt-mongering by the MSM, etc.
This is well on the way in South Africa, has long happened in Zimbabwe, and is gathering steam rapidly in the UK and the USA.
It cannot be allowed to continue.
One of the reasons I admire Israel is not because my mind is poisoned but because the government is actually on the side of its own people.

There is crime all over the world, and police forces vary in effectiveness. But if you put someone like Malema or Chavez in charge, that's a whole different ballgame. It's one thing to have government that is less than perfectly effective and something else to have government that is actively working against entire races or classes and giving encouragement to criminal/ "revolutionary" elements to take matters into their own hands as well.

I believe it depends on what the police believe their defending, by and large black south Africans don't partake in the more advanced sectors of the economy and yet own the instruments supposed to defend it. If your not a shareholder why should you care if anything short the enterprise(Mallema, Uncle bob) and pickup the assets(mines land economic control) when the owners flee. If the Afrikaners have weapons then it would be hard for low IQ Africans to defeat Europeans in organized violence and a gradual export of SA's white population because of crime and the occasional riot is more likely than camp of saints situation.

Militarily, the Boers are more than able to defend themselves against organized violence. There will be no massacres. World political environment may change in a generation and pre-Zimbabwe times may return, of course under a new name. I believe there is a natural order that tends to return to itself. African political entities are not viable, and tend to fall apart. Maybe the world under the Chinese hegemony will be more pragmatic and less ideological. Anyway, old people like me are not going to see it.
As the gini coefficient gets higher you end up living in the land of ten millionaires and ten million beggars with nothing to lose, you can then expect crime gets more vicious than usual along with pogroms(2008 riots) backed by tactic political sanction. Certain population ratios do make violent resistance suicidal no matter how brilliant or cohesive Rhodesia being the graphic example

S. Africa coefficient is already very high at 57.8 - only Brazil comes close. Brazil has fairly high crime but they seem to be holding it together as a society. US and China both in the mid-40s now, approaching Mexican levels.
What's surprising in the US is that this has not raised social tensions - the ghettos of Philadelphia look better than they ever did and I drive thru without fear (even stop during daylight). No sign of the riots that were pervasive in the '60s when gini was maybe 10 pts lower. Gini does not tell whole story. India has lower Gini than US but the poor of India live much worse. Political outlets are important - how can you riot when Barrack Obama is your President?

Regard the tourist murders, although there is some speculation that the husband set up the murder for profit because he was in financial difficulties (it is not unknown in Indian culture) and emerged suspiciously unhurt from the hijacking, the explanation that is currently in favor is that it was a trap set up by the cab driver. In any case, it is not the "Bonfire of the Vanities" scenario where they just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

It was a very pleasant country, and in the Zambezi district and Victoria Falls, even spectacular.
