Again I asked too little money

This morning I had a meeting with Bio Pure Technology Ltd. ("BPT") in their Or Yehuda's new factory. It is a startup selling chemically-stable membranes for aggressive wastewaters. They sell membranes for landfill, mining, chemical, biopharma and food industries to filter their aggressive waste water to comply with environmental regulations. They have brochures in Spanish for the copper mining industry so they must be selling to Chile. A split second after emailing my proposal, I understood that once again I had asked for too little money. I need a tough business manager.

Win the assignment and then when they make the slightest change in the project or the scope of your duties, charge them extra for "additional work".

Good advice. But I need a tough business manager for that.

You could hire one of the "barracudas" from the Katzav case as one of your business managers!
