"Natural Additives" Market

Two years ago I worked on the design of the first TEVA MARKET shop and it is such a success that there are dozens everywhere. They sell only "natural" food products. and they are expensive. People looks at the labels and if they see some synthetic-sounding ingredients, they dont buy.

So there is an enormous and growing market for additives that being "natural" dont need to be printed on the label. Capri Sun - a GErman producer of natural flavors - was sold for 2 billion. in general. The Dutch DSM, a vitamin producer, was bought by U.S. Martek Bioscience, which develops in addition to omega-3 fatty acids and ingredients for baby foods and substances based on micro-algae. Extracts of algae, rosemary, capsicum and beetroot are replacing synthetic substances. Emulsifiers, pigments, antioxidants and so on are in demand. Where there is demand, there is money. The pic shows a nice Chinese girl.
