The rarity of redheads in the wild (only one percent of humans have red hair) is proof positive that they don’t get much action, so let’s give ‘em a leg (and something else) up! (blogged by Ferdinand Bardamu).

Red hair is meant to be associated with a flaming temperament so perhaps most people just steer clear.
Not to counter the sentiment, but I thought that the rarity of redheads only related to their sexual lifestyle in that they don't get much action with each other, no?
The numbers are not at hand to tell how much action these Neanderthal people has. My aunt was red head with violet eyes and she as far as I know had little action in her life.
It is true that I have never met a red+red couple.

Needless to say, red is a recessive gene and more people than you think carry a silent gene.
