International economic commenters are debating Israel's demise because of the discovery of oil and gas, which will make us a very wealthy country. They are already lamenting the passing of Israeli startup culture, and Israelis becoming lazy hedonists. I am soooooo worried...:-)

They are already worrying we catch the Dutch disease or become like our Dubai neighbors with hordes of foreign workers doing everything. We may become insultingly ostentatious - the competition will be even more ferocious.
Maybe you will become Norwegians. We import Swedes to make our espressos, Poles to paint our houses and Somalis and Pakistanis to do all the raping and stabbing the locals won't do.
