A couple of years ago the 77 y.o. Rabbi endorsed the book "Torat HaMelech" ('the King's Law') dealing with relationships between Jews and non-Jews during situations of life and death in war. On a cold and windy winter night in Hebron, the police visited this venerable teacher with a warrant of arrest, for racism and for owning forbidden racist books, demanding to know his opinion on the matter. Is that really illegal? Isn't it free speech? I know Israel is not America, but is there no equivalent of the first amendment? Or was he inciting to violence?
No, we have no first amendment. We dont even have a constitution. The Secret Service's Jewish Section is waging a warning and frightening campaign against the Land of Israel, in preparation for the expected land exchange within the future peace accord with the palestinians.
