Koko mailed me an old picture from her family album to remind me of her illustrious ancestry: her grandfather Hanoman, revered as God by 1,000,000,000 Hindus.
Good legs run in her family, do they.
(Thanks Ivan for the correction).

Hanuman is a male god. The two benign characters looking are Rama and Sita avatars of some gods or anthromorphised ideals. Sita was abducted by one Ravanna(?) a lustful monster, Hanuman rescued her and restored her to Rama etc. Calling Hanuman a goddess can in some parts of India, Bombay for example, result in arson and looting.
