I find the idea of non-consensual oral sex very strange, I must admit. Unless at gunpoint or some such, it seems that you would be "asking for it" (it being the victim biting as hard as she could).
Still, as in the case of Clinton, Edwards, Schwarzenegger, Katzav, etc. etc. (every politician on earth it seems), if they followed 1 simple principle - "you are a married man, keep it in your pants" then all trouble could have been avoided.
