Ten Year Ago

In an outburst of solidarity following the World Trade Center attack, Yasser Arafat donated blood to the American people. Arafat was a known homosexual and an AIDS carrier, later dying of the disease. Since 1977, there is a ban in the USA forbidding gay men to give blood as an attempt to combat the AIDS epidemic. The picture of a terrorist criminal.

Gays can now legally donate blood in the UK.

Arafat would have been welcome there, for this and many other reasons.

Anon.

Arafat in life was welcome almost everywhere. I can only hope his blood is not flowing in the veins of any American. It would be doubly tragic.

hating a dead man is truly a waste of time, he does not care

Was he really gay and HIV positive? I figured that was just something the Israelis dreamt up.

He died of AIDS in a French hospital. Officially.

AIDS is largely a homesexual disease - the Anally Injected Death Sentence. The AIDS scam will in years to come be seen as one more manisfestation of the corruption of science exemplified by global warming and suchlike junk.

He wasn't treated in a Palestinian hospital?

Even if Arafat was HIV positive and a homosexual, I don't ever remember hearing about this on the nightly newsprior to say 2001-2003. I do remember reading the accusations about Arafat's homosexuality in a rightist anticommunist magazine in 2004, but only in the context that the Soviets filmed Arafat having sex with men in order to blackmail him.

If Arafat was a homosexual then it is not common knowledge.

Weirdly enough, I can see my mother knowing this.
